The marketing world seeks to microwave leaders. Jesus chose 12 leaders and placed them in a crockpot called relationships. For three years Jesus engaged them in spiritual conversations over food.

He strolled casually with them through wheat fields ripe with potential. He prayed passionately for their future work. Jesus trained leaders slowly through relationships.
